If you dropped up to $950 to E0S1 Herta 8 months ago she's already almost fallen off in HSR endgame

Hoyo is going all in on powercreep in their games because people kept saving up for too long on Genshin and skipped all the shitty characters primarily in Sumeru, by making every character really good they eventually force you to keep rolling new characters every patch or so otherwise the meme endgame worth less than a multi will be too hard eventually
