ah, right, I had nearly forgotten about that yeah that's gonna easily be the single hardest thing you have to clear if you want to make sure you get First Class Master. I don't remember if you need to get a three-star clear or not but regardless the biggest trouble I had wasn't dealing with the enemies it was just making sure the Cows didn't die. More specifically the one in the front. If you try to move him too fast, you won't be able to put enough girls down in time and he'll get killed anyway.
Instead you need to gently nudge him after one of the minions shows up but before the second follows behind and sort of balance him between them so you can park him in the back. Keep girls to protect the two too. You don't need to cover the entry points themselves beyond the back one as well. You just need to build up a strong offensive/defensive line for both of the routes that will take care of all of them as they come in. If you try to spread your Monster Girls too thin, it's just gonna fall apart.

just be mindful you don't do it too quickly though. I'll see if I can get a recording to use of how I did this, if it can help you. If it's any consolation, Silvia's really good and the second EX stage isn't quite as hard due to it being much easier to defend the Cows.
