Basically everything about Izumi is already recorded albeit in low quality. She needs her fish active to do her 3rd rekka ender. Fish can be summoned with 22X or FF, the latter is also invuln reversal with incredibly short active frames.
Fish also gives her anime movement.
She also has Platinum bubble that acts like a buffed Mai fan

I hope Izumi's trailer comes out before EVO and then they just play her trailer again after the tournament with her release date. Just like what happened with Uzuki
