Oh for SURE OWS was infiltrated and dismantled. The movement started and everybody kinda thought it was silly hippies at first. Then it started to get organized and was making some points about society and the financial structures of this country that were impossible to ignore as any form of thinkinf-person. It was at this point when OWS, as if turning on a DIME, became a bigass party. Original organizers were shouted down in favor of individual groups wanted to be "centered" in the movement. People were getting married and doing other bizzare shit for a protest. The thing fizzled and lost all energy. It was successfully deescalated.
It was then that we got the 08 election, McCain v Obama. Obama was extremely polarizing from an identity politics perspective very specifically. (Whether this was his personal plan or how TPTB chose to present it to inflame social tensions is up for debate but it's effectively the same in this context)
Interestingly, his competition was a ridiculous eunuch of a republican candidate. He said nothing compelling. He was presenting no plans to change anything meaningful. His VP pick was the least likable women in political history. It was very much as if the McCain campaign was intentionally repulsive.
I truly believe that behind the scenes there is only ONE plan for this country. What they do to us they do on purpose. It is THIS upon which we should focus.
