How can we encourage people to continue to vote even after the initiatives hit the 1m / 100k threshold, to account for potentially tens or even hundreds of thousands of signatures having errors and being thrown out in the end?

We should really aim for 1.2m / 120 signatures to be safe, but how can we keep the momentum up once people see stuff at 100%?
