No Mecca was in Petra. Issa will never return. Muhammad was illiterate and there were competing versions of the Quran after he died. As a result, Islam was in a constant state of fitna after his death The Muslim world is completely fractured over doctrinal allegiance. The idea that Muhammad's revolutions were absolute lead to Muslims being in a constant state of division over how to interpret it accurately. It's the only thing unifying Arab consciousness, but it's divisive history leads to no sustainable unity, much like how caliphates were short lived and under constant threat of being usurped or overthrown by Muslims with different doctrines. It's self sabotaging.
