I honestly don't know what to do, and it's made me not want to pre-order the plushies because of it :((( I haven't got an email from Japan Post or the proxy I used to order the Ima and Kako merch yet, but I used the tracking ID to see where my package is at, and I don't know if I can even get a refund if it never gets past U.S customs. I used the FromJapan proxy, and I'm not sure what their refund policy is.
