Flamebringer. He has a connection to Doctor and knows W. Clearly has deep lore (killed crowned princes and generals and his weibo intro states he was apart of a notorious group back in the day) yet HG is dragging their feet on him but they clearly haven’t forgotten him since he keeps showing up in operator records and files. He should have at least had a cameo in the Victoria arc but we all know he was one of many who reasonably should had shown up. My pet theory until he gets more lore is that he is part diablo.
