anons I'm trying to get into fantasy. I read a light novel. "Overlord" the one that had an anime adaptation.

I didn't like the excessive waifu parts of it but I LOVED the world building, politicking but especially the SADISTIC power displays. Completely humiliating your enemies by grand display of superiority on a physical/spiritual and civilizational level.

What are the recommendation?
