This solves the Contractor problem, as some may argue OSHA doesn't apply to all contractors (it applies to MOST).
Almost all modern contracts contain some form of morality clause, which requires both parties agree to "conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively"
We've seen unhinged contractors that are posting death threats and celebration of violence which would clearly NOT reflect positively on the main company and therefore fully within the power of the company to terminate.
These companies MUST be contacted to tell them to terminate these contractors.
