So theoretically, if the next Hitler was coming along, and you had precogs who knew that... you wouldn't kill them, because then there's a murder case that leads back to you.

So instead you cause them constant minor annoyances. You move things, steal things, get people to stand in their way, perform acts in public you know will mean something to that person only, create fake job offers, and generally make sure this person never amounts to anything. Perhaps transmit voices into their head.

Maybe they notice what you are doing, but if they do, it's so ridiculous that anyone would think they're mentally ill, so nothing leads back to you.

You really think they would do all that just to stop you from doing what you would have done?
