Zach & Michael are doing exactly what Roiland likely dreamed of: making a silly cartoon on a larger scale with his best friends. The Paloni Show was the closest the guy ever got, but his career fell apart immediately after.

Roiland's mistake was teaming up with Hollywood writers who didn't share as similar a vision the way Zach & Michael naturally do. He should've made a show with Myke Chilian or something
