I read a Druze effort post to psychoanalyze the sunnis and why they're hammering the Druze so hard, it was quite funny ill admit, essentially it went 'we're getting our shit pushed in because of sunni inferiority after Assad repression, not because we slaughtered a bunch of bedouins completely unprompted then hid between israel's legs.'

I'd like to nominate the Druze for the Middle East 'fell for it' award of the year, minorities always twerk for foreign powers then get thrown to the side when it's all said and done, but i've never seen a failure like theirs. Committing a massacre over some minor tribal tension and calling on Israel to protect them only to get left on read and their whole separatist movement gets pulverized.
