Don't quite remember when anymore, but I'm pretty sure the skin was already used just without the bags in one of Magician's classroom scenes a while ago. Which makes it doubly weird it never made its way into the maingame and we now even got an oath skin before that. It'll remain in the vault with her bikini I guess.
