It's because he's underwhelming despite his universal debuff
At E0S0 he gives like 50% dmg taken for ultimate. First off that's underwhelming compare to let's say Ruan Mei who gives 64%d mg increase and 25% res pen at E0S0. Second he's hyper limited to team comp which deal primarily ult dmg like Acheron, otherwise the debuff fall to 35%. That's lame as fuck. If he gave 60% vuln for ALL DMG people would not hate on him

No. She needs an actually powerful Nihility support. So far, there are only Jiaoqiu and Cipher, but they are just decent at best. They give 50% and 40% vuln for Acheron's ult. It's nice but it ain't enough compared to what a Harmony character can give. FFs Bronya or Sunday give so much more. Even with Acheron E0, it's arguably better to use Bronya or Sunday over a 2nd nihilty unit lmao
