>Yesterday, the sky over Donetsk region witnessed an act of heroism.
>A 26-year-old pilot of the Ukraine, call sign “Jeff,” has written his name into history.
>His record includes:
>over 150 combat missions
>about 50 HARM missiles launched
>dozens of JDAM strikes
>enemy drones shot down
>and dozens of lives saved

>But this mission will become a legend.
>“Jeff” was assigned to destroy a Russian air-defense system near Donetsk. As he accelerated, an enemy missile hit the right side of his MiG-29.
>One by one, the onboard systems began to fail. But our pilot didn’t retreat — he fired a HARM missile at the enemy target.
>Another missile — another strike. The jet was barely controllable, yet “Jeff” fired again. Only when the MiG completely lost control did he eject.
>At that moment, a third missile struck the aircraft. But he survived — landing 26 km from Donetsk.

>In a grove, he took off his mask and flight suit and made contact with his comrades.
>He could hear the occupiers already combing the area — but he managed to reach his own.

So brave!
