Draw while ovulating.
Study the things that activities your monkey brain. But don't mindlessly copy, but understand the object you're copying/drawing and how that part is connected to the rest of the body.
Honestly I just pick up things while living life, if I see a construction worker I notice how the muscle in his forearm move and the veins slightly pop, I'll register those specific details in my mind for later use, or if I'm at the beach and see the guys play volleyball, I'll focus in on different body parts that catches my interest in motion. It's just repetition, if real life is too daunting you can find photographs/videos that inspire you and draw from there. Sorry, I can't really pinpoint you to a specific book or artist, since my artistic path has been me picking up random stuff on the way I think looks cool and apply it on my own art.
