yes, when you are looking down at them while they are on the table while you are standing, their poroportions were designed with a perspective in mind, to look the coolest, thouhest and most recognizable during actual gameplay.

DoW2/3 and most other 40k strategy games don't understand this shit and just make the models look cinematic and realistic for the rare close shots and PR material, but it just makes them look lamer and harder to recognize in actual gameplay
