This isn't taotally accurate though, the starting average MINIMUM TC for codding (after a 4 year CS-Computer Science degree) is about 250k which after a few years you can get to like SWE 3 or 4 making about 400-500k whichj si a pretyy good salaray and helps with the housing costs all around.
