the lastest update is basically redownloading the whole Sound folder located in C:\Users\(YourPCName)\AppData\LocalLow\yostar\HeavenBurnsRed) and yes they didn't even bother moving it to its intended location and just redownloaded the whole thing

if you move the Sound folder to the game's actual location (after downloading the launcher update), you will only have to download 800mb
