Kei cars in Japan just make sense. As anon said, if you buy anything bigger, you have to certify a parking space (which is a whole process). Kei cars skip that, plus they’re cheaper to tax, insure, and maintain. And let’s be real, Sora’s not driving cross-country. For city life and short trips, a kei car is perfect.
