No idea about proxies, femcel/fembryo aside (who scraps her own keys), most of us usually employ officially available services, I think... I actually use the stuff on /aicg/ when/if something is available and I notice it (I check/lurk in that place only from time to time). Actually Merkava recently had both DALL-E 3 and GPT-Image-1 until it died yesterday, I've experimented a bit with the latter, but it's nothing of particularly exciting, filters were harsher than in Sora when trying to do something semi-lewd and quality of High setting looks similar to Sora to me.
