It sucks being Central European really. Like, we can't be labelled as northerners nor southerners, because we're literally in between scandis and meds, we look pretty much average, we have boring temperate climate and boring potato/pork-based cuisine, we're either catholic and protestant, reserved and open, we don't have any wilderness because we're very urbanized and densely populated as fuck, we can’t even build proper highways without blowing up half the Alps or Carpathians, and while we have cute towns and historic sites compared to minimalist scandis, meds have much more of it and even more historic.

Our best cultural export in this germano-slavic sphere is just gothic churches and alcohol.
