Although being 'liberal' means so many things its not necessarily a bad thing. I do think a free state is essential where you should be free to do whatever the fuck you want as long as your actions are not parasitic and doesnt hurt other people / the society at large.
The thing is that you don't really even need much laws for that in an ethnostate, people tend to do the right thing.
For example, I remember in 90s sailing in the archipelago in Turku, there were these little shops in some of the islands which were completely unmanned and unguarded, you simply picked the items you need, calculate the sum you need to pay on a calculator on the table, and then you put money in a collection box.
There is no way that any of that can work without an ethnostate.
