Don't starve yourself.
Eat simple to make stir-fry dishes. Meal prep into containers. I like ikea Tupperware, cheap glass containers with individual lids for sale should you need to replace. Brown/wild rice, vegetables, your choice of fresh meat, onions sauce or other SUGAR FREE sauces.
Whole grain breads if you need bread.
Don't consume candy.
NO POP WITH SUGAR. BAD!
Avoid high sugar foods!!!
Stevia as a sweetener if you need.

Go for a walk every now and then. I'm not asking for a 26 mile marathon, a fifteen to thirty minute walk two or three times a week will do you wonders.

I've never been fat or overweight, I actively try to eat healthy. I'm 35, 6 ft. 160 pounds and my weight has been stagnant for many many years. Eating healthy in today's world, especially north America is difficult.

You can do it.
