By and large, yes. It seems like a lot of good contributors never returned after the hack, and there were plenty of chuds and spammers to make up for it.
That said, there are damn good threads here still regarding nutrition and supplements, the On Patrol Live threads are pretty good even though OPL sucks, and it doesn't take long to shift-click until you realize it's maybe to do something else for a while.
