One day we wake up and the news are optimistic and it seems like things will get better, then in the next day it seems like the country is about to collapse. We've been in this limbo for a long time.

The best economist we ever had, Roberto Campos (pic related) said in the 80s: "Brazil is the country where in 10 days everything changes, but in 10 years nothing changes."
Until this moment, this is still true and it'll likely keep being true for years and maybe decades more.
