>Regain (item and associated codec dialogue)
>Ubisoft (Assassin's Creed outfit)
>Sony (Blu-ray codec call trademark)
>Pony Canyon (Oishii Two Han Densetsu and several other songs)

All these costs on top of the porting budget. At that point a remake is 100% going to be cheaper to do.
