nah, it's just not the same, these Viennese buildings are EXACTLY the same like in the eastern bloc, the style, materials, planning, it's literally 1:1 copy, even Finnish commieblocks have their own peculiar flavor that makes them different but when I look at Austrian commieblock hoods if I didn't see German language on signs I would genuinely think that it's Czechia or Poland
