Experience is worth a lot only within a context, an experienced engineer is obviously going to make a better product than a newbie. But we know that in terms of love, experience tends to correlate with worsening outcomes, so it's not really an advantage. Or if you were talking about how experience makes an 18 and 40 year old woman different people in general, then I'd argue it's more a generational thing rather than experience. We all have interacted with old people that are rude and incompetent at everything they do, simply because that's how they decided to go through life. Experience is really only helpful in very unique skills you want to get better at over time.
