Someone commented on SFL x Vspo video that they're glad it's Ren/Moka/Hanabi. Those have enough game knowledge, respected by the pros and popular enough.
I'm sure they would reach more people if they pick Towa or Botan but I'm sure anyone who're interested in SF6 in Japan should know about vspo's combo compared to Hololive by now.
