In America that means a drinking establishment.
In Britain they use the word ‘pub’ for that.
This was a troll by the Americans to denigrate the word ‘Bar’. Where in Britain it is for high powered lawyering.
Because Americans were sick of the British/kike lawyers and their subversive Bar laws.
Trying to enslave America with their corporation and take away the Republic. (Which Trump reversed this July 4th)
Also modern divorce laws is from legal (((Bar))). There are dive bars that are less sleazy than the Talmudic divorce laws or corporate franchising of countries.
