I don't understand why Oda had to make the Gomu Gomu a super special fruit that was highly sought by the World Government for a long time and add in unnecessary plot holes like why the Goroseri only ordered the CP0 to go after Luffy instead of Robin in the middle of the raid after Who's Who conveniently gave us the Nika lore. Couldn't he just make the WG not know what the Nika fruit disguise itself as until Luffy awakened?
