The nikkers you have that have the best chances of MLBing are Privaty, Liter and Naga (if you can still get copies from the Ordinary Recruit bonus), and Drake. You already have Alice and you should try to MLB Chime during this event.
Eventually you are going to have enough LBs between these units that you can just use Silver Mileage tickets in the shop.

In terms of getting Liberalio, you already have:
Burst 1: Rapi RH, Liter, Rogue, D Wife, Dorothy
Burst 2: Nayuta, Naga, Blanc (with Noir)
Burst 3: Alice, Rapi RH, Cindy, Ein, Red Hood, Bready, Drake, Helm, Maxwell, and Soda.

This is already really good. To give you an idea, the only units that can outdamage Liberalio, such as with type advantage, are Rapi and Cinderella.
While you do have other great Burst 3s, Liberalio would be your strongest Wind code attacker if you decide to get her.
