I don't think you guys are taking merorons wish into consideration when discussing her change. From her debut episode up until zukyoonkiss debut you can see that she was slowly starting to warm up to Uta and the trio, but that all effectively got reset once the kirari lock slapped a time limit on how much time she has left with purirun. I like to think that the overly bitchy and violent meroron we see after purirun gets her memories back was a facade and like we seen in ep 30 she really and truly did want to be friends with the idols, and now that time limit is gone she doesn't have to act overly obsessive anymore. I do admit her not making threats on Uta's life every episode does feel a little jarring since it was such a huge part of her character up to now, but she is still crazy in love with Purirun and she is still poetic, so while yeah she does feel different, i don't think it's a change that came out of nowhere, and at a fundamental level, she is still the same person
