but there IS /x/ there, you just aren't going to find it in any shitty yoga workshops or with crystal girlies. In all likelihood you are going to find it at the back a random tent out in fuckass nowhere in the open camping section. with a cool dude that looks like a caveman, or just by talking to people who are actually interesting and eventually you'll find something. or you are going to see something paranormal when you are completely on your own.
apparently one of the years there was this prank where a dude in hyper-realistic grey alien prosthetics who ran through a bunch of camps in the complete darkness, and then 10 minutes later like a group of people in both hazmat suits and black suits (all spotless with no dust on them on like the 3rd day from the end of the burn) come through all the camps in the middle of the night with bright ass flashlights asking people if they've seen anything weird or seen a "man in a costume" run through their camp.
then they also disappeared into the night as well. the entire thing they did this completely straight faced.
It was a pretty legendary prank, but there are some people that think there's a chance it was something actually weird because it was pulled off perfectly and the logistics to do something that elaborate are real difficult.
some people tried finding any evidence of those people or where their home-camp might be but nobody saw them again.
