Or to be or accurate, you must be 12 or over ... but there is no form of ID a 12 year old can offer ... and "Challenge 25" is applied to all age restricted products so if you look 25 or younger you must provide photo ID to purchase Christmas crackers.
They even banned disposable BBQ's for a couple of months 2 years ago or so.
