Making a crew costs 500k credits at Noah's Museum, you can get there via the motorcycle lady. Afterward anyone can apply from the crew menu.

The game has controller support, you have to manually enable the controller UI from the menu > 'Controls' > 'Use gamepad HUD' checkbox.
Some of the game's art is in the DAT_WEB folder as PNGs if the v/vm thread makers need attention seeking images, some of it it needs to be cropped.

Correction to what I said about anti-aliasing being disabled, it's not. The menu must have bugged out when I tried it before
