I don't think that's true. Konomi was pretty active back then, or at least it felt like I would always see her on vtlist. It was probably a combination of her not getting linkposted regularly & splitting some of her streaming time on IRIAM that made her feel like that.
It IS funny that post-graduation Konomi goes live more often than several purportedly-active tributes though.
