As far as other countries, I highly suspect that China/Russia/maybe even Iran/North Korea would try and support the "right wing" side by proxy because they would likely suspect that a white racist power were to take control of North America it would be more isolationist than the current globo-gayplex jewed America they have frustrations with today.
Israel wouldn't give any money to either side, but would go absolutely full-tilt on both sides inside of the conflict trying to infiltrate the leadership, especially the "right wing" side. They would likely have problems with the level of adeptness at Jewdar the modern Zoomers would have though.
