The guy who said the tiers are really close is kinda spitting tho
I'd say 90% of the cast get played at pro level, and at amateur level there's only minor differences in overall strength, it's more matchups like "Has good buttons" vs "Needs to get in" or "Has a divekick" vs "Has bad anti airs"

Ironically matchups seem more important at lower level

I'm playing Terry, I don't have the best neutral buttons in the world (no cancellable heavy in neutral) but what i DO have is neutral skips and a great drive rush jab.
So my question is why not? Why shouldn't I skip neutral?
Why would I ever try to outplay the standing heavy punches or Cammy/Chun walkspeeds of the world in neutral?
