I weigh myself just about every morning. For some fucking reason, it's usually the days after I eat slightly too much that the weight decreases.
10 weeks into a 12 week cut, down ~8kg (~17.5lbs), down about 9% (going for 10%), strength & muscle loss seem minimal, still a fat fuck. I think that the rate of loss has declined just a little bit in the past 2 weeks.
I don't really feel any different and don't notice any differences at a glance, but there are a couple of things.
>Belts are more loose
>Some muscles are more defined
>Can make out individual ribs instead of just the whole ribcage
>Pull-ups are easier
I'm definitely fed up with the diet for now, I plan to go to bulk, or at least maintenance for a month or two starting December (Christmas and that) before cutting again for another 2-3 months. Any advice?
