You can go through the timeline of snapshots. You will see no "Israel" at the top. Bare in mind also, that, in the country data, memeflags are included. That means that if you had a memeflag, you weren't marked as a country in the data, and the archive can't see anything other than what is clearly visible on 4chan, so were that image not edited (which is provably so beyond a shadow of doubt), then it wouldn't have even been secret, but again, I don't need to even argue this, you can see it for yourself.
So yes, it's fake. Does that mean Israel or shills aren't posting here? No, absolutely not, as a matter of fact there are groups that have done so openly, pic very much related (and you can find that CREST Research page still), furthermore, I mentioned the JIDF (Jewish Internet Defense Force), you can look into that yourself. It doesn't exist in an official capacity, but mossad surely still does those antics on the internet, literally why wouldn't they?
