No, she doesn't. She does that in the spinoff 'Riviere and the Land of Prayer'. It was in the original volume from 2017 and doesn't have an official English translation. The reboot is fully translated, but the chapter where Elaina sells her body for compensated dating with women isn't in the reboot.
