Phantasy Star PC races that I know of:

>Newmans/numans (PS2) - genetically engineered evolved humans
>Beasts (Universe) - genetically engineered human/monster hybrids for tough living, have the power to "nanoblast" (read: transform into a larger, more powerful state)
>Deumans (Portable 2 Infinity/Online 2) - naturally mutated humans, can control photons in their body to powerful effect

There are also Motavians, but they are native to the planet Motavia and are pretty much not seen outside the original quadrilogy. Also Musk Cats, but those are cats. Also Dezorians, but see Motavians.
