Pulchra has a snout, her 3D models shows she has a full on snout. It’s just that she wears a mask most of the time and her 2D artwork stylizes her to have a flat face when she’s drawn from the front.

This is still a very stylized flat face. Most Japanese artists and designers tend to simplify facial details in 2D hence even here Pulchra doesn’t have a very defined face. Even so the modelers gave her a snout in her model because she’s 100% meant to have one even if she’s stylized not to be drawn with one in 2D just like anime humans have noses even when they’re not fully defined.
