Kratos would never care about being a "better" or "worse" man, or masculinity at all. His masculinity is not something he ponders, he simply lives it. Trying to be socially "better" is a notion that has never driven any action he's taken in his life. Anything he wants, he goes and gets. Anything in the way, he breaks.

If he felt a desire to become a revered god liked the end of ragnacuck, he wouldn't be moved to tears because a mural told him it's possible; he would just run out there and do it REGARDLESS of what any prophecy has to say.
