Slough Feg's Atavism could work. There don't seem to be many high quality versions of the cover around unfortunately.

Other than that I would recommend Tyr's Album Valkyrja cover (I know you said too many Valkyries, but this one has no wings or horns, just robes and a spear) and Blind Guardian's Nightfall in Middle Earth album cover.
