4070Ti won't be good enough for high quality generations, video Gen is the most demanding use of AI, and you need more than just processing speed, alot of VRAM. 12gb is paltry. Best to wait for cheaper Tensor focused GPUs with atleast 32gb cram before we can create local high quality long form vids, even with quantized forms
