It is that India buys all of their military equipment from Russia.
They are piloting Russian Migs against Pakistani U.S. manufactured J-Block F-16 Avionics packages with Aim-9, Aim-120, you name it, the Pakis bought it.
And against ChiCom Raptor Knockoffs with still extreme avionics targeting and engagement ranges.
